This resort is the sole outfitter on the lake. With boat & Fly-in access, this accessible, yet remote lake offers you seclusion with no borders. The lake is fed by numerous pristine creeks and streams and dotted with more than 130 islands, is large in stature, but small enough to allow access in almost any weather conditions.

Surrounded by boreal forest with an abundance of White and Black Spruce, Jack pine, Tamarack, Willow, and Birch, This lake is a paradise awaiting lodge guests arrival. With sweeping sand beaches, quality trophy fishing and spectacular scenery this resort has something for everyone in the rugged, pristine wilderness of northwestern Manitoba.

The lodge offers excellent bear hunting. Hunting pressure in the past has been little to none, considering the amount of area at your disposal. There are three color phases found in this area. The lodge hunts over baited sites spring and fall. Rifle and bow hunters are welcome. Have a very successful baiting schedule that even at these remote sites begins before ice-out. There is even more benefits because all bear hunts are combination fishing trips. Fall bear hunting in this boiling bear habitat in northern Manitoba is extremely productive using proven baiting methods and carefully positioned stands and blinds.

There is ample opportunity to both bear hunt and fish. The lodge provides top notch guide services to experienced and rookie hunters alike. The goal is to provide clients with as many chances as possible to successfully bag trophy bears. Once a guest bags their trophy and returns to the lodge, all the comforts of home are at their fingertips. A hot shower, comfortable beds, and a warm lodge are priceless to the weary hunter. Walleye and Northern Pike fishing are superb. Every year we catch several Master Angler Northern Pike over 41 inches with our largest at 49 1/4 inches. Walleye are abundant with the average size 20 to 22 inches with 26 to 30 inch fish caught occasionally. An average day of fishing will yield 100+ fish per day.

I have fished all over Canada the last 50 some years and I believe this is as good as it gets. I'm sure some are as good but not many any better. We enrolled the resort in Manitoba's high quality fish program over 14 years ago so that the quality of fish will be maintained for generations to come.
